Product Availability & Delivery

Not all products shown are ready stock. However, we ensure timely delivery through our supply chain:

  • Dhaka City: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days

Office pickup requires prior confirmation.

Warranty & Service

Warranty or guarantee claims require the product to be returned to our office for inspection and service, as per applicable warranty terms.

Payment Terms

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and Bank Transfer.
Orders above Tk. 10,000 require a minimum 30% advance payment (negotiable).

Important Notices

  • Liquid and highly fragile products cannot be delivered outside Dhaka City.
  • All chemicals supplied are not for human consumption and are intended only for research and analysis purposes.
