Returns Policy

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us immediately through:

Based on the product category and condition, your item may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Please note that returns are not applicable for products requested to be returned due to a change of mind or if the product is “no longer needed.”

For device-related issues after use, products may be returned within 7 days with a valid reason. In such cases:

  • We will guide you to the authorized brand warranty service center (if applicable), or
  • Assist you with our warranty support process.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage or defects caused after delivery.
  • The product must include all original items, such as:
    • Original tags and labels
    • User manuals
    • Warranty cards
    • Accessories and freebies (if any)
  • The product must be returned in its original manufacturer packaging, which must be undamaged and intact.

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection and approval by our support team.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
